It's always a pleasure to work with you and Browns. Lana and I are very grateful to be selected to provide your 2018-19 Browns Team Photos. I've described a little about our program below, followed by a listing of our Portraiture Packages & Additional Items that we recommend for your Team Families,

We will work closely with you and your staff to schedule the photo shoots as soon as possible for the USAG Level 2-10 Teams, in October-November for the Xcel Teams, and then the All-Team photos at your holiday party.  If you have any questions for us regarding our photography, editing and/or printing processes, or if you would like to discuss any of the packages, please reach out to me any time. Program Elements

Program Design

Our Athlete Portraiture program is designed to provide Browns with stunning, art-level, fully perfected (retouched) images that you and your Team families will be proud to share and display—at a fraction of the typical cost of high-end portraiture (and at no cost to Browns). Our program features the following elements:

• Mandatory participation for all Team Athletes. This allows us to keep the price point very low - $25 per Athlete. Browns would collect these funds and provide a sum check to JDP Designs, LLC. 
• Designated Browns project coordinator: Our go-to person for questions, scheduling and Athlete info.
• Photography capture at Browns' facility. We will bring any equipment needed for the shoot. 
• Digital delivery of Athlete Headshots to your Team families.
• Digital delivery of all Athlete Headshots and Team Composites to Browns.

Athlete Photography

• Team families may select additional Pose Packages and Individual Print Items. We typically shoot additional Poses in the same session as their Headshot. 
• We will collect the Additional Portraiture Package fees directly from the Team Families through Square.
• It can be helpful to have a Team Coach available for the shoot, as the Athletes may want to discuss their Poses with their Coaches. However, this is not mandatory, as we are well-versed in gymnastics poses and Lana is amazing at getting the best out of each Athlete. 
• It is helpful (though not required) to shoot the Athletes in Team Level group time-slots. The camaraderie can generate a very positive vibe that leads to beautiful smiles and a wonderful shooting experience.
• We will need about 10 minutes with each Athlete, and a few minutes more for those that purchase Portraiture Packages.
• Action shots are allowed for Package Poses. You may want to have a Coach available to work with the Athlete to get their best results.
• We typically shoot on black and white backgrounds, but are open to other options, if you would like a specific background. We can also shoot green screen.
• Finished prints will be delivered to Browns in about 4 weeks, although we often provide them in as little as two weeks, depending on how many Team families purchase Portrait Packages.
• We do not typically provide parents with previews of their Athlete's Poses, as this can significantly slow down the perfecting process. Plus, we want families to see our finished work, not the raw form that they may not understand. We will consider providing a preview in cases of your special request. 

Marketing

• Email. Browns agrees to send an email announcing the Team Portraiture opportunity to the Team families. We would be happy to provide an email template that includes example Portraits and Portraiture Package descriptions and prices. The email would direct interested families to a special webpage (much like this one) where they can review the Packages in more detail and purchase their selected Portraiture Package. 
• Website. Browns agrees to announce the Team Portraiture opportunity and shoot schedule on your website, with a link that sends interested families to the special Browns page. Since I admin your site, this will be an easy one for you.
• Posters. We will provide Team Photo posters to put up in the gym, announcing the Photo Shoot schedule and Portraiture Package opportunity. Browns agrees to prominently display the posters.
